My name is Chrisna De Pinho. My husband and I are currently Diplomats from South Africa in Lima-Peru.
We arrived in Lima in 2006, and through Spanish Rules, my children and I have found our feet.
Before we came to Peru, we were in Brazil for a while, and I was very mixed up between Portuguese and Spanish. Mauricio helped me to sort out the problem. He is a professional, warm hearted, kind and loving person. With his beautiful spirit , attitude and punctuality, my family and I achieved so much in Lima.
After almost five years in Lima, Mauricio, representing Spanish Rules, still, now and then, helps my children with tutoring in Castellano (Spanish), as well with other languages.
His willingness to help us, and a lot of my fellow South African friends, helped us all a lot in different ways. My one friend delivered her baby here in Lima, and thanks to Mauricio, (doing the translations between the Doctor and her), things went well. She also got her driver’s licence, (which is a GREAT CHALLENGE for foreigners) and with lots of effort, patience, and arguing, and as always, with Mauricio on her side.
